We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0

Larger cabinets may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Yes. All cabinets come with clear step-by-step instructions and necessary hardware. Most can be assembled in 15–45 minutes.

9. Are the cabinets suitable for outdoor use?
Some models are weather-resistant and suitable for covered outdoor areas (balconies, patios). Please check the product description for outdoor suitability.
10. Do the cabinets have adjustable shelves?
Yes. Many of our larger cabinets feature adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize the storage space to fit your needs.
11. Are the products suitable for small spaces?
Yes. We offer slim and compact designs perfect for apartments, dorm rooms, and tight corners.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my cabinet arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
